Q : DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
A :   We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Q : DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
A : Yes, we always make sure keep our product inventories updated every week so we will make sure your order is shipped out within 2-4 business days.

Q : HOW MANY DAYS I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
A :  If you live in the US, Europe or East Asia, it takes only 7-15 days for the package to arrive + 3 processing days. Depending on the country you live, shipping internationally other countries take 45 days at most, shipping may take longer due to weather and waiting for airline to transfer the package.

Q : HOW CAN YOU GUARANTEE I WILL RECEIVE MY PACKAGE ?
A :  If your package is not arrived within 45 days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, and we will be also happy to resend/replace another package with the same item in order for free.

Q : DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
A : Sure, we will offer you the tracking number after we ship out, and the shipping information will be updated within 3-5 days.

Q : MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
A : For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the tracking system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 8 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please feel free to contact us, we will make sure to solve it for you.

Q : WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY REPLY ON EMAIL?
A : We typically reply every email from customer within 24h (except on Sunday). In case if you still do not receive any reply to your email within 24 hours, kindly resent the email with subject " URGENT shopify order "or contact us via Messenger as there might be issue with email delivery system,or Facebook/Instagram/Youtube message, make sure you can get in touch with us in time. Our colleagues will pass the message to key person, don't worry.

Q : MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT
A : We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. Sometime the package cannot be delivered because you entered an INCORRECT phone number during your checkout so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrived at your location.

Q : HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL?
A : PayPal is the easiest and guaranteed way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding products to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you may click on the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing.

Q : CAN I USE WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
A : Yes, once you are redirected to the Paypal website, select "Pay with Debit/Credit card" button to proceed a payment.Sometimes it shows as 'Sign up', please do not worry, you do not have to sign up, you will still be redirected to Debit/Credit card payment.

Q : IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCTS, WANT TO RETURN, HOW CAN I DO ?
